How it works...

You'll have access to our groovy asynchronous communication support where you can ask a question via text, audio, or video any time, from anywhere (it's mega mobile friendly). We'll respond and simply bill you for our time providing support. It's that easy.

If you'd like to have an in-person conversation, you'll always have the option to book a live 1:1 Help Session.

We know support doesn't always fit into neat packages and full hours, that's why we offer our On-demand Help with it's pay-as-you-go pricing. You don't have to worry about chasing invoices or making repeated payments.

For the time we spend with you and working on your support requests, we will simply run your credit card on file and send you a receipt so you only pay for what you use. Plus, you can view your charges any time in your personal payment portal.

Whitney Van Cleave

Co-Founder, Managing Partner

Whitney has worked with organizational leaders across industries to identify new techniques to improve business processes, manage human capital resources, and revamp marketing & sales strategies. Before establishing Iridium Consulting Company, Whitney led technical recruiting initiatives, human capital strategies, and marketing projects for clients at two previous award-winning firms. In addition, she has held multiple leadership roles in marketing and communications, which allows her to implement new technologies and strategies to serve our client’s dynamic needs.

Whitney has served on the board of the Denver chapter of Young Professionals in Energy (YPE), a national organization devoted to facilitating the advancement of young professionals in the energy industry. She is also the Director of Marketing for the Colorado chapter of the Women's Energy Network (WEN), an international organization of 6,800+ women professionals who work across the energy value chain.

Outside of work, Whitney can usually be found fly fishing or rambling around the Colorado mountains where she grew up.

Caley Van Cleave

Co-Founder, Managing Partner

Whether navigating new growth strategies or landing top talent, she has worked hands-on with business leaders finding valuable solutions for most of her career. Prior to co-founding Iridium Consulting Company, Caley served as the Vice President in two previous award-winning consulting and search firms. In both companies, she supported clients in identifying new approaches to their businesses and teams. In addition, Caley has successfully coached professionals across all levels of an organization to effectively advance their careers.

She serves as a speaker and workshop administrator on human capital strategies, career development skills, soft skill development, the energy industry, and other key topics for private organizations, associations, and educational institutions. As an active member of the community, Caley served as President of the board of the Colorado chapter of the Women’s Energy Network (WEN), an international organization of 6,800+ women professionals who work across the energy value chain. Caley received the Denver Business Journal's Top 40 Women in Energy award in 2020.

Caley is a Colorado native that can often be found mountain biking, hiking, or traveling outside of the office.

Can I get help without the On-demand HR Help Access subscription?

No. We want to provide an engaged experience for our customers, so we limit the number of On-demand Help access to ensure quality. However, anyone can always book a live 1:1 Help Session or purchase a package to still receive personalized support. If you only need support for a month or two, you can always cancel at any time.

What are your billing practices?

We believe in being fair and transparent so we will always give an estimate prior to doing any work. We also round to the nearest quarter hour.

What is asynchronous video?

The term refers to any communication that is not taking place in real-time (like a live conversation). In our case, we use VideoAsk, so you can ask us a question in the manner that works best for you (video, audio, or text), on the device of your choosing (mobile phone, tablet, or computer), and whenever you want (just like sending an email). We'll respond and have a back-and-forth conversation in this way.

Can I combine services and products?

Of course! We've designed our service and product offerings to be used together. For example, if you buy a resume review package, but have additional questions, you can always ask via On-demand Help or book a Help Session to discuss live.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yep! The only recurring fee is the annual On-demand Access fee and we will email you a reminder a few days before your subscription is set to renew. You'll also always be able to log into your personal billing portal to manage your payment preferences in a few clicks.
